Courses that outlast this year’s tools.
I design AI courses for people with real jobs to do. The principle is the same every time: the tool was never the skill. Teach the judgement, and the next tool is just another tool.
AI for retail teams
AI at work for frontline staff, and AI orchestration for supervisors. Built around real store tasks. Content developer and lead trainer.
AI-powered leadership
A six-module programme on directing AI across a team: where it pays off, where it fails, and staying responsible for what goes out. In development.
Mastering AI for Content Creation
Delivered at Click Academy Asia, opened with my primer “The tool was never the skill”.
Strategy-alignment bootcamp
Designed and facilitated for a company’s top management: one plan, and the habits to keep it.
How I design
- From the human inward. Start with the job and the judgement it needs, then bring in the tool.
- Workflows, not prompts. Learners map a real task step by step and mark what AI does, what a system suggests, and what a person must do.
- Assessment that matches the work. Learners leave holding something they built for their own job.
- Built to be updated. Teach the capability; treat the buttons as examples.
Standards
I hold the ACLP and I’m a Registered Adult Educator, so courses are designed to Singapore’s adult-learning standards and map cleanly to assessment.
